How to Create Rules in Outlook-2007

It is the best way to use the Rules to organize your mails.
Steps:

1. Open Outlook->Go to Tools->Click on Rules and Alerts
2. Click on New Rule
3. Check the settings according to your need.
4. Rules are client side and only runs when Outlook is running.
