Moving your Windows Installer Directory

1. Download Junction from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896768.aspx
2. Copy OR move C:\windows\installer to F:\installer
3. Delete all the files in C:\windows\installer
4. Close all your Explorer windows
5. Run > cmd> C:\junction C:\WINDOWS\Installer F:\installer

Microsoft Internet Explorer : 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0) is not supported!

Microsoft Internet Explorer : 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0) is not supported!
Today I got this message for Mercury Quality center
and also following error when I click on About Internet Explorer button of IE6

Error: 53
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation










after googling found 2 solutions for QC

1.Use QC explorer
you cand download it from here


2.Solve IE problem
Close IE
Look in the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\5.0\User Agent\Post Platform

and delete MS-RTC LM 8 entry
